The District of Eastern North America (DENA) is pleased to announce that Mr. Keane Palatino
will assume the position of Director of Communications, effective September 1, 2023.
Keane has served as the International Coordinator of Young Lasallians since 2016. In that role, he has helped to strengthen the global network of Young Lasallians and the important role they play in the vitality of the Lasallian Mission. Under his leadership, the Young Lasallians developed a strong presence in each of the five global Regions of the Institute.
Keane also helped to create Indivisa Manent-La Salle, which is a global online community that connects Lasallians all over the world to encourage collaboration on projects, resource sharing, and networking. Through this online community, LS Media arose.
LS Media offers professional services in digital production and social media in order to further the Mission. Prior to his international service to the Institute, Keane served as Director for Mission for De La Salle Philippines. He has a Communications degree from De La Salle University in Manila.
Keane’s personal commitment as a Lasallian, along with his professional expertise in communications, will bring new energy and creativity to DENA’s Office of Communications.
